I didn't actually need the services anymore (downed tree turned into firewood for a friend), but I did want to take the time to leave a review for Cody with A-1 Tree Pruning and Removal. I contacted approximately 10 different companies today for tree removal after an intense windstorm knocked my tree over onto my house. Luckily my house is okay, but it has been a very stressful few days. While contacting numerous companies today I was met with extreme unprofessionalism, insane quotes, and generally just very rude individuals, thus making the entire situation even more stressful. From the first time I contacted Cody about getting a quote I was met with kindness, professionalism, and tact. Even when I called later that day to cancel (because a friend offered to come take the tree for fire wood) Cody was kind and understanding, and even offered advice on putting in a new tree. It was such a delight to converse with Cody that I'm sure whatever work he does is fantastic, and I know that I will definitely contact him for any other services we might need. Thank you Cody!

We had a tree between our house and our neighbors. It wasn't only a hazard but it was pushing the fence into our neighbors yard. It was a difficult removal with main power running under the bigger limbs. I would like to say I haven't seen this level of professionalism and skill in a long time. Not only that but they went out of there way to provide the highest level of customer service. I just can't say enough good and positive comments. Daniel and Cody went above and beyond to help me remove a tree that had been damaged by lightening. When I arrived home, I noticed they also trimmed back a couple branches that could have caused damage to my roof. When I called to compensate them for removing those hanging branches, they declined and said it was not needed. They just wanted to help me out and prevent any future damage. All around great guys to work with and their customer service is hands down the best I have seen in a long time. I will never do business with anyone but them.
